1. General information
Welcome to twinthinkco.com. By using this website you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Halnix LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE 476420, with its registered office at Efesou 9, Paralimni 5280, Famagusta, Cyprus, and Spanish tax number N0377800H, owns this website and the TwinThink brand. We sell metal lockers with key locks and changing-room benches.

2. Use of the website

  • Users must be over 18 or have the authorisation of a legal guardian to make purchases.
  • Misuse of the site, including fraudulent activity, is prohibited.

3. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • Prices include VAT. Delivery is included in the main zone of each country; surcharges for island or remote areas are shown before you confirm the order.
  • A purchase is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

4. Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards and the other secure payment methods offered on the website. We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Delivery

  • We ship from our own warehouses in Spain, France, Italy and the United Kingdom to Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
  • Delivery time: 2-3 working days in the United Kingdom (2-4 in the rest of Europe), unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • The Balearic Islands carry a delivery surcharge, shown at checkout. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not served. Surcharges for other island or remote areas, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order.

6. Returns

  • If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel the purchase by notifying us within 14 calendar days of delivery of the order.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.
  • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we have made an error.
  • Do not ship the product yourself: we arrange collection at the address where the order was delivered.

7. Warranty
Consumers have the statutory guarantee of their country: in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015; 3 years from delivery in Spain and Portugal; 2 years in Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands. Businesses have a 2-year commercial warranty from delivery against manufacturing and material defects. Details in returns and warranty.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Halnix LTD and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing or using it without prior authorisation is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability
Halnix LTD is not liable for:

  • Damage arising from misuse of the products.
  • Delivery delays caused by external factors (such as logistics or customs issues).

10. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. Any material change will be notified on this page.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from the use of the website or from purchases made on it will be settled by the courts of Alicante. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you reside, nor of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
