Refund policy

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, by email to hello@twinthinkco.com or by WhatsApp on +34 614 39 49 16.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same means of payment you used for the order and at no charge for the refund.

Return conditions

For a product to be accepted for return:

• You have notified us of the return within 14 days of receipt.
• The product is in its original packaging.

The following cannot be returned:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Products which by their nature cannot be returned, for example goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
• Products damaged by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the conditions above.

How to return a product

Do not ship the product yourself: contact us and we will arrange collection at the address where the parcel was delivered.

We accept no responsibility for shipments not arranged by us. Halnix LTD reserves the right to refuse return shipments organised by the customer on their own account.

Statutory guarantee

All TwinThink lockers and benches are covered against manufacturing and material defects.

• Consumers: the statutory guarantee of your country. In the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in Spain and Portugal, 3 years from delivery; in Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands, 2 years.
• Businesses: a 2-year commercial warranty from delivery against manufacturing and material defects.
