Warranty

All TwinThink lockers and benches are covered against manufacturing and material defects.

3-year warranty from delivery, for every customer: consumers and businesses, in every country.
Your statutory rights are unaffected: this warranty comes on top of the legal guarantee in your country (in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and does not replace or limit it.

Not covered: impact damage, assembly other than as per the manual, unanchored lockers that tip over, outdoor use or normal wear of the paint.

How to claim

Write to hello@twinthinkco.com or call +34 614 39 49 16 (calls and WhatsApp) with your order number and photos. Depending on the case we send the spare part, arrange a repair or replace the product, at no cost.

Returns

Returns are free. Consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason, with the product in its original packaging. Do not ship it yourself: we arrange collection at the delivery address. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods. Made-to-order or customer-damaged products cannot be returned.
