Repairs and spare parts

If a locker is damaged or a part fails, write to hello@twinthinkco.com or call +34 614 39 49 16 (calls and WhatsApp) with your order number and photos. We send the spare part — door, lock with keys, shelf, foot — and arrange a repair if needed.

Keys are replaced per lock: each has two; if both are lost, the lock is replaced, not the door. What the warranty covers, in returns and warranty.
